Moped Kick Starter (CVT engine)

Moped kickstart is on the left side and can be inspected by removing the CVT cover.

Motorcycle Kick Starter

Spark plug and flyeheel dust cover removed.
 
Hard to turn flywheel  may require a top-end inspection.
If the restriction is in the cylinder (example broken ring) or in the head (bent valve, jammed cam sprocket or cam chain) excessive damage may occur while trying to spin the crankshaft.
